Wolf Willow Collective was created to be a different kind of beauty, medical aesthetics and wellness space.

We are a women owned and operated, Métis owned business in Downtown Duncan, and community, inclusion and supporting other Canadian businesses are a big part of who we are.

We wanted to create a place where you can walk through the door exactly as you are, tell us what you want, what you don’t want, what matters to you and what your budget is, without judgement or pressure.

It’s your body, your skin and your goals.

You can have the goal of looking more youthful. You can want to look and feel good for your age. You can embrace aging and love every smile line you’ve earned. Or you can fall somewhere in between.

There is room here for all of it.

We’re not here to decide what aging, beauty or self care should look like for you. We’re here to listen to what you want and help you make choices that feel right for you.

You can love natural skincare and still get Botox. You can embrace aging and still invest in treatments for your skin. You can come in for results driven medical aesthetics, spend an hour having a relaxing facial, get your nails done, change your hair, book acupuncture or holistic bodywork, or simply do something that makes you feel good.

Self care looks different for everyone.

BEAUTY WITHOUT JUDGEMENT

We know that beauty and wellness spaces haven’t always felt welcoming or comfortable for everyone.

People can walk into these spaces already carrying feelings of judgement or insecurity around their age, appearance, gender, identity, body, budget or simply not knowing what to ask for.

Wolf Willow is different.

You don’t need to look a certain way, know the right terminology, have a certain budget or already know what treatment you want before you walk through our doors.

Our job isn’t to decide what beauty should look like for you. It’s to listen to what you want, give you honest information and help you get there in a way that feels comfortable, realistic and true to you.

KNOWLEDGE BUILDS CONFIDENCE

Every practitioner at Wolf Willow specializes in their area, and education, experience and continued learning are incredibly important to us.

We also work together. Sometimes the best option for you isn’t necessarily the treatment or service you originally came in asking about, and we’re happy to share ideas across our team when it helps create a better plan for you.

If you want to know everything, ask us everything. We love explaining what treatments do, what they don’t do, what results you can realistically expect and what your options are.

If you’d rather tell us your goals and budget and say, “You guys figure it out,” we’re happy to do that too.

RESULTS WITH INTENTION

We believe in being transparent about pricing before your treatment and helping you make choices that work within your budget.

More isn’t always better, and expensive doesn’t automatically mean right for you. We want the things you choose to spend your time and money on to make sense for your goals.

Sometimes that means creating a long term treatment plan. Sometimes it means one appointment. And sometimes it means telling you that we don’t think you need something.

That’s part of taking care of you too.

OUR BOUTIQUE

The same thought we put into our services goes into what we bring into our boutique.

We make an effort to source Canadian made products and support Canadian companies whenever we can. A large portion of the brands you’ll find on our shelves are also created by women entrepreneurs and women owned businesses, something that is especially meaningful to us as women in business ourselves.

We choose products because we genuinely like them and believe they deserve a place on our shelves. Whether it’s skincare, self care or something fun you spotted while you were in for an appointment, our boutique is an extension of Wolf Willow and the businesses and products we want to support.

MORE THAN AN APPOINTMENT

Wolf Willow is also a place to come as you are.

Some clients want to get in, have their treatment and get on with their day. Others want to talk, laugh, vent, share what’s happening in their lives or stay for a coffee and a visit.

Both are welcome here.
