Whether she's planning an event, researching the perfect restaurant, dreaming up a new adventure, or finding ways to make Wolf Willow Collective even better, she's happiest when she has something exciting to work on.

As Co-Owner and Operations Manager, Ashley is involved in just about every aspect of life at Wolf Willow. From supporting the incredible team of practitioners to managing social media, marketing, events, client experiences, and the countless little details that go into running the collective, she loves the variety and creativity that comes with her role.

Ashley has a genuine passion for creating a space where everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and free to be themselves. She believes that beauty and wellness should never feel intimidating, exclusive, or out of reach. Everyone deserves to feel respected, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

For Ashley, Wolf Willow is about so much more than beauty treatments. It's about people, connection, community, and creating a place where everyone feels like they belong.

Ashley loves getting to know the people who walk through the doors, hearing their stories, sharing a laugh, and helping them find the right services and practitioners for their individual needs. She's passionate about education, transparency, and making sure clients feel comfortable asking questions, discussing their budgets, and making choices that are right for them.

Behind the scenes, Ashley especially loves the creative side of Wolf Willow. Social media, marketing, branding, and bringing new ideas to life are some of her favourite parts of the job. From dreaming up new services and promotions to collaborating with the team, planning events, and finding new ways to connect with the community, she's always thinking about what's next. She believes some of the best ideas come from conversations, collaboration, and being open to trying something different.

Outside of Wolf Willow, Ashley is a mom of two who loves spending time with her family, soaking up the sunshine, and making the most of summer. Give her a beautiful beach, warm weather, and a sunny vacation somewhere with great food, and she's in her happy place. She's also known to spend a ridiculous amount of time researching restaurants, planning trips, and creating elaborate dream vacations that may or may not ever actually happen.

Food is absolutely one of Ashley's love languages. She loves cooking, discovering new restaurants, enjoying a good glass of wine, and hosting dinner parties for friends and family. There's something she loves about planning a menu, setting the table, and bringing everyone together over a great meal. And when she's not cooking something elaborate? A snack plate worthy of being called dinner is just as appealing. A little cheese, something salty, something sweet, and a few delicious extras? That's a perfectly acceptable meal in her books.

She's also a huge movie lover, especially when it comes to horror, and has a fascination with true crime. Music is another big part of her life, and she loves going to concerts, discovering artists, and enjoying live performances.

Ashley has a creative side that shows up in her love of fashion, beauty, and tattoos, especially pieces that carry personal meaning or tell a story. She loves individuality and the little things that make people who they are.

While summer and sunshine will always have her heart, she also absolutely loves Halloween and Christmas. From spooky movies and Halloween fun to the magic, traditions, and celebrations of Christmas, she's always happy to have a reason to decorate, plan something special, or bring people together.

A fun little Wolf Willow fact? Ashley and Kate have Saint Bernards who are siblings from the same litter! So even their four legged family members are connected.

At the end of the day, Ashley's favourite things all have something in common: family, connection, creativity, and making memories. Whether she's helping someone feel comfortable walking into Wolf Willow for the first time, supporting the team, or planning the next big idea, she brings her personality, humour, and heart into everything she does.
